3. How do I customize a product?

Our website makes it easy to create your custom designs! Simply select the product you’d like, upload your artwork or text, and use our design tool to position and preview your creation.

4. What file formats do you accept for designs?

We recommend uploading files in PNG, JPEG, or SVG format for the best quality.

5. Can I use copyrighted images or designs?

No, we cannot print images or designs that infringe on copyright laws. Please ensure you have the rights to use any content you upload.


Order & Payment Questions

6. How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Select the product you want to customize.
  2. Add your design using our customization tool.
  3. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your details, choose your shipping method, and complete the payment.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at Sharon@soulprinting.shop. After 24 hours, we may not be able to accommodate changes as production will have started.

10. How can I track my order?
